Naturally-leavened pizza dough (700g ball - ideal for 18" pizza).  

Some helpful tips:
Leave the pizza dough out at room temperature for 2-4hrs until it starts to feel soft and slightly billow. If the dough is too cold when you try to stretch it out, it will tear. Feel free to split into two pizzas as well!
Bake as hot as you can - 500F on a pizza stone.
