Bread & Pastries
Our breads and pastries are made by hand, with care, using organic flours.
We challenge ourselves to buy local, and to be involved in understanding where our grains are grown and milled, and how they’re produced.
Our bread is made with wild yeast in Oak Park, Sacramento.
